Jay-Z has reportedly proposed to his long-term girlfriend, BEYONCE KNOWLES. According to British media reports, Carter canceled several U.S. promotional appearances for his Roc-A-Fella empire and flew out to France last week to surprise Beyonce with a romantic break in Cannes, where he allegedly popped the question. Beyonce - who is currently in the U.K. as part of her world tour - accepted the proposal, and a source says the rapper has promised her "the biggest diamond she can fit on her finger".

that would be an amazing thing to see Young and B finally tie that not. However, I can't say that I believe that. With all the extra publicity they've been recieving due to this extraordinary comaraderie, it would seem that is the next step but Is Hov really ready????? Naaaaaaa this man ia like a multi-million dollor commodity with new firery artist like Rihanna coming out to entice him. Don't get me wrong i just don't think he's doing Rihanna as the whispers would insist but i don't think Hov is really ready to give up all the side buns!!!
