First and most important to me, is that everyone knows, what I stated last week and TMZ.com is confirming today, Britney has been clear and clean of drungs and alcohol for some time now. Here's what a source from inside her camp spills to People:

"This lady is as clean as clean can be, and has been for some time." Adding to this, the source goes on to reveal, that those claims of Brit threatening suicide were, "bulls**t."

Hmm, maybe her family should know what's going before throwing her to the Wovles, I mean Dr. Phil. And according to her camp, her Dad Jamie, dropped the whole TV Intervention. He wants nothing to do with it! Furthermore, as I expected it was Britney's mom Lynn, who kept in contact with the Doctor for the past year.

According to Dr. Phil, "I want to set the record straight. I went to see Britney at the request of her family. I talked to Lynne, Jamie, and Brian, because they were frustrated that she wasn't going to be held for a longer time.". But, he further explains about Britney's mom, "Thursday night, the phone rang, it was Lynne, clearly she was very upset. Any parent would be. I was first contacted by her family a year ago, and had maintained a running dialog for the last year or so.".

But, if you think Dr. Phil is all innocent, he conveniently moved up his production, to today, of an expose on the troubled singer. He also hoped to have Britney come on and be forced into an intervention on his show. It seems more like exploitation than concern. Because, like I said yesterday, this could've all been dealt with in private. There is no word, if her mom will appear on the TV show.

I just say, give the girl credit, she's trying to be herself. She's scared of losing her kiddes. I mean she did test negative for drugs during her custody trail. Maybe we DON'T know the full story!
