As if this weren't sad enough. TMZ.com, has uncovered more about the doctor, who performed an unusally long, 8 hour tummy tuck and breast lift.

Apparently, not only was he not Board Cerftified, but he plead guilty to a DUI in '06, allegedly impregnated a patient and sued many times for malpractice.

It seems so sad, if only Ms. West had been more careful in choice of doctor, she may be alive. The scary part, is that she may have been careful. You just never know.

One thing I do know, is that Kanye must be sick. Thank God he has Alexis during all of this.
